Am doing this from phone so formatting not quite right. Prozac upped to 40mg. Productive session with Susan Boyan which means I don't like her much today. Follow appt with Susan 1 week, with suholet 3/1. Anxiety at night last night and tonight.

Other mentionables: bought groceries with walmart gift cards meant for kids. Oh well.
